1. About these Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, consultations, treatments, treatment packages and gift vouchers offered by Nurse for Your Skin, operated by Aleksandra Bala in Ireland.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, package or gift voucher, you agree to the applicable terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase.

2. Appointments and booking fees
Appointments can be booked through my online booking system, Aesthetic Nurse Software, or by contacting the clinic directly.
A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. Any applicable fee and booking conditions will be communicated during the booking process.
Please ensure that your contact details are correct when making a booking and arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
3. Consultations and treatment suitability
Your skin health and safety are my priority.
A consultation and assessment may be required before a treatment can be recommended or performed. Your medical history, current skin condition, medications, allergies, contraindications and treatment goals will be considered when assessing suitability.
Not every treatment is appropriate for every person. I may postpone, modify or decline a treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
Please provide accurate and complete information about your health and inform me of any relevant changes before your appointment.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
I completely understand that life gets busy and sometimes appointments need to change. I kindly ask that you respect the time reserved for your appointment.
Booking fees
More than 24 hours' notice: Your booking fee can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Less than 24 hours' notice: The booking fee is forfeited.
Failure to attend: The booking fee is forfeited.
Consultation fees
More than 24 hours' notice: A full refund of the consultation fee.
Between 12 and 24 hours' notice: A 50% refund.
Less than 12 hours' notice: No refund.
Where a booking fee forms part of a consultation payment, the applicable charges and refund arrangements will be explained at the time of booking.
If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund.
These terms are subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Payments and refunds
Treatment prices, consultation fees, package prices and applicable booking fees will be communicated before you make a booking or purchase.
Payments may be made using the methods available through the clinic.
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with the applicable booking or purchase terms and Irish consumer law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
6. Treatment packages
Treatment packages are designed to support a planned course of treatments tailored to your skin's needs.
Validity: Treatment packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Appointments: Appointments should be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Treatment suitability: Your skin will be assessed throughout your treatment course. If a treatment is no longer clinically appropriate, it may be postponed, modified or replaced with an appropriate alternative following discussion with you.
Cancellations: The clinic's cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to appointments within a package.
Refunds: Requests to cancel a package or obtain a refund will be considered in accordance with the terms communicated at purchase and applicable consumer law.
Please contact the clinic before your package expires if you are having difficulty arranging your remaining appointments.
7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers from Nurse for Your Skin may be redeemed against eligible treatments and skincare products available at the clinic.
Redemption: Please present your voucher or provide its details when making a purchase.
Treatment suitability: A gift voucher does not guarantee eligibility for a particular treatment. A consultation and clinical assessment may be required before treatment.
Expiry: Gift vouchers will be valid for the minimum period required by applicable Irish law. Any expiry date or conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Remaining balance: Any unused balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the voucher terms.
Lost or damaged vouchers: Please contact the clinic if your voucher is lost or damaged so that I can check whether it can be verified.
Gift vouchers do not replace the need for a clinical assessment where one is required.
8. Referral programme
When you refer a friend or family member to the clinic, you will receive €20 credit once the person you refer has attended and completed a treatment. The €20 credit can be used towards your own future treatments. Referral credit is not awarded for consultations or bookings alone and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Treatment outcomes, risks and aftercare
Every person's skin is different. Results depend on factors including skin condition, medical history, treatment suitability, homecare and individual response.
Although treatments are selected with care, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments may involve temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity or other side effects. Relevant risks, contraindications and aftercare instructions will be discussed before treatment.
Please follow the aftercare advice provided and contact the clinic if you have concerns following a treatment. Seek urgent medical attention if you experience symptoms that may indicate a serious complication.
10. Patient responsibilities
By attending an appointment, you agree to:
Provide accurate information relevant to your health and treatment.
Inform me of changes in your medical history, medications or skin condition.
Follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.
Ask questions if anything about your treatment or aftercare is unclear.
Treat the clinic environment and anyone working there respectfully.
Your treatment may be postponed if essential information is missing or if proceeding would not be clinically appropriate.
11. Photographs and videos
Photographs may be taken for clinical documentation and to monitor treatment progress where appropriate.
Any use of photographs or videos for promotional purposes, including social media or the clinic website, requires separate permission where applicable.
Agreeing to treatment does not mean agreeing to promotional photography. You may decline promotional photographs without this affecting your access to treatment.

12. Website information
I aim to keep the information on my website accurate and up to date. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace an individual consultation or personalised clinical advice.
Treatment availability, prices and services may change. Relevant changes will be communicated before you commit to a booking or purchase.
13. Privacy and personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with the clinic's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Please review the Privacy Policy on this website to understand how your personal information is collected, used and protected.
14. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in clinic procedures, services or legal requirements.
The applicable terms will be made available at the time of booking or purchase. Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
